As the title says, I have gotten the KR250 running, and back on the road! Go me!
The biggest problems were the leaky fork seals, and the leaking brakes. With a lot of searching, sudden halts while waiting for parts, and help from several different people, (Thanks Super-X! Thanks Tim@Kr250.org
! Thanks Miles and Jomo in Australia!) I've gotten the poor thing into relatively good shape, and a temp licence for it until I can get to the local CHP office for an inspection. I've gotten 60 miles on it, and would have more, but it seems to get a wee bit hot so I'm loath to get it too far away from the toolchest.
