BATS Aprilia RS50 D'oro
Another Bats Project Aprilia RS50! This will be the first Bats bike to be built around the TP 85 Cast Iron kit!
This 2005 Aprilia RS50 has been in the Bats Stable for years and has the Top Performance 75cc red (rose) kit matched to a 21mm Del orto carburetor matched with a V-force reed cage. The suspension has been upgraded with a suspension worx rear shock while the brakes have been upgraded with steel braided lines. The name D'oro meaning gold in Italian comes from the gold wheels and gold Ergal "Jewelry".

Ordered a new Aluminum radiator from flea bay and a top gasket for my 21mm carb from treats. Waiting for the radiator for the next update.

Some updates from last weekend:
Installed the new Apollo radiator, It's a direct swap and i didn't have to bend the top plate like TT.
Installed the Gasket on the carburetor
Rode a quick 10 mile ride to see if the radiator made a difference. Before i was running about the middle of the of the temp guage, after with the apollo radiator i was just above 1/4 for most of the ride.
Still have to fix the rear brake.
