Default GPR bogging downhill

Brought the Derbi and a couple other bikes down to Deal's Gap for the week. The BPR is behaving oddly. It bogs on downhills (virtually immediately). This doesn't seem to be load, throttle position, or even altitude related. The only thing I can think of is maybe the carb float???

EBE 075
Airsal kit
Mikuni 24mm carb
Cone filter
Premix about 40:1

Any ideas???

And just for a bit of eye candy, I'll add a couple photos from this magnificent area.

Is it bogging when you open it up going downhill, but fine on a flat road?

Does it sputter or just flatten out?

I'd pull the plug and see what it looks like.

How old is the gas?

I have a similar GPR 75 with a similar set-up (minus the BB kit) and it loves going down hill.

Your GPR really looks great. Did I talk to you at Road America a while back?
