Oh, no, it is up and running. Mechanically it is sound. I will take it down to San Diego in August to pick up a bike. The only maintenance is repacking the wheel bearings which doesn't require removing the wheels, you just pump it in through a fitting.
It just looks ugly which makes it take a bit of abuse by the suburban rebels without causes in my neighborhood. I just don't see me setting up some sort of large catch basin and then blasting the thing out on the street.
I definitely recommend it from a quality and capability standpoint. It rolls super smooth and is very quiet. Much better than anything I rented from uHaul in the past.
