I'm running a 'similar' kit, the Top Performances 'TPR' kit. 50mm piston, stock stroke, for roughly 78cc.
I've always liked the pink / rose kits, but I wanted to try a kit with a bridged exhaust port.
That TPR kit is interesting! Can't go wrong with Top Perfomance parts
Thanks for coming back to Bats and checking out our video! I would like to create more video content going forward so any input you have for future videos are appreciated!
For cast iron, I've always thought that being able to easily hone out the barrel and install a oversize piston / ring was a pretty good thing, as opposed to having to get the aluminum barrel resprayed with Nikasil

Thats for sure an advantage.
We have found that the Cast Iron cylinders last forever. Maybe its less expanding and contracting or maybe its something else, but we have never been able to kill one of the cast iron cylinders!
I installed the Cast Iron top end on my "Ocho Cinco" build motor and snapped a few pics along the way.
The stroker crank was installed some time ago during our 2 motors in 24 hours case splitting party at Bats SF, but I've been so busy working on other bikes that I never got around to getting the top end on my own motor.
Laying out all the parts for the install
Base gasket and "Just in Case" rag put into place.
A little premix goes on all the internal parts. Interestingly this kit came with a small end bearing with the stroker crank and also one in the top end box, guess we get a spare for future use!
Piston Installed
Kit recommends Chamfering the ports, so I did.
After the ports were done, the cylinder got a rinse, liberal coat of premix, and slid into place
Cylinder head for the kit is a sweet 2 piece setup. lots of Vyton O-rings to install, a little grease helps them stay in place while its put together.
